By downloading, installing, or using the Aruna Yoga mobile application ("Aruna", "the App", or "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Aruna is an AI-powered yoga companion that provides:

• Real-time body pose detection and alignment feedback using Apple Vision framework
• AI-generated personalized yoga flows
• A curated library of yoga poses with detailed instructions
• Practice tracking and progress monitoring

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

Free Tier: Aruna offers a free tier with limited access to poses and AI flow generation. Free users may practice select poses and generate a limited number of AI-powered flows.

Pro Subscription: A Pro subscription unlocks full access to all poses, packages, and unlimited AI flow generation. Subscription details, pricing, and billing are managed through the Apple App Store.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings
• Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the Service or its content

6. Health and Safety Disclaimer

Aruna is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

• The pose detection and alignment feedback are for informational and educational purposes only
• Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program
• Listen to your body and stop immediately if you experience pain or discomfort
• Aruna is not a substitute for professional yoga instruction
• We are not responsible for any injuries that may occur during use of the Service

7. AI-Generated Content

Aruna uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized yoga flows. While we strive for accuracy and safety:

• AI-generated flows are suggestions and should be adapted to your individual capabilities
• We do not guarantee that AI recommendations are suitable for every individual
• Users should exercise their own judgment when following AI-generated sequences

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and the underlying code — are the exclusive property of Aruna Yoga and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• In no event shall Aruna Yoga be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aruna Yoga, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@arunayoga.app.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms and revising the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
